This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, property address or suburb, and details about the project you're planning. If you call us, we may keep a note of the conversation.

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you through our website quote form, by phone, by email, or in person during a site visit. Our website may also collect limited technical information automatically through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare and discuss your quote, schedule and carry out work, communicate with you about your project, meet our contractual and legal obligations, and, where relevant, arrange council approvals and warranties. We may occasionally contact you about related services or follow-up work; you can opt out at any time.

Disclosure to third parties

We don't sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted parties where it's needed to deliver your project, for example draftspeople, certifiers, councils, suppliers and subcontractors, and with service providers who help us run our business and website. We may also disclose information where required by law.
